Fieldmagic project jobs allow you to set-up a project based off a defined template you configure within the Settings area. This allows you to ensure all the relevant tasks are created along with their required skill requirements and time frames for a job. 

Further to this, milestones allow you to specify payment points and ensure your project is correctly staged to facilitate invoicing.

You can define as many different project templates as you need which are visible to you when you create a new project job in Fieldmagic. It's important to appropriately name each template for ease of searching, so give some thought to this aspect and put yourself in the shoes of your users.
