Desktop and Mobile:

    Team Management

  • Enable customers to schedule tasks against teams instead of individuals via switching via user or a team view



  • Added the ability to attach a checklist in the task pop-up and added a link to the job record and quote records that are linked to the task
  • Added Asset type attributes in the Asset Importing Template
  • The product code filter is now added as a filter in stock level list view
  • Tasks are now movable and resizable in the calendar regardless of their status
  • Task and job view can now be filtered with 2 and 3-year
  • The task panel on the scheduler is now collapsible to have a better view of the calendar 
  • User display on the calendar can be increased up to 50 users
  • Added the ability to filter users by department using the search bar on the calendar
  • Brought back the navigation button <, Today and >
  • Moved the user navigation button to the User column
  • Height is now consistent with the task panel and calendar
  • Display of the task now shows the customer's name
  • Re-enabled the right-click function to open a link in a new tab


  • Included site address on all modules (Quotes, Assets, Jobs, and Invoice)


  • Full access to the Job Scheduler for mobile app users on Lite and Premium subscriptions is now allowed
  • Restrict users by the department is now applied to mobile



  • Fixed inconsistency in the task font size
  • Fixed the inability to drag and drop from the job view to the calendar
  • Fixed resizing of the task to 30 minutes
  • Fixed an issue that only the job number shows when a task is created and then dragged and dropped is performed
  • Asset fault details now update if updated from the Checklist prompt
  • The names of the products from the quotes in the invoicing report are now showing
  • Checklist is now visible on the dropdown list of modules in the Document Template
  • Fixed the auto-sync process wherein the “current_stock_level” value of is_inventoried items should not be updated
  • Asset import template “Department Name” column is now accepting “Department Name” instead of Department ID
  • All required column fields for validation are now removed when updating all records when the import wizard is used
